Description: For the first 8 years of its existence, the only path to earning a Foundational-Level
Mathematics (FLM) Credential was via the CSET route, as no subject matter preparation (SMP) program had been approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) Institutions are now starting to develop SMP programs and submitting them for CCTC approval This interactive session will provide an update on campuses' plans for developing FLM SMP programs Session participants will
examine, discuss, and share program plans, course syllabi, and their experiences in submitting the programs for consideration by CCTC if they have done so
