E.g.: - He has worked in this company for 4 years.

(-) S + haven’t/hasn’t + Vp.p (Past participle)

E.g.: - They have been swimming all the morning.

(-) S + haven’t/hasn’t + been + V-ing

2 talks about how long something has been happening   (nói về việc gì đó đang xảy ra trong bao lâu)
