In the process of social development, the issue of human resource quality needs

to be given more importance, this is also a challenge for organizational managers in general and for human resource managers in particular Human resources are the main factor that creates profits for businesses because human resources ensure all sources of creativity in the organization Although equipment, assets, and financial resources are resources that organizations need

to have, in which human resources - people are especially important, there are

no effective people As a result, the organization cannot achieve its goals

1.1 The reason for choosing the topic

Human resource is a strategic resource: In the context that society is shifting to

a knowledge-based economy, technological factors, capital, and raw materials are gradually reducing their role In addition, the human factor of knowledge is increasingly occupying an important position: Dynamic and creative human resources and human intellectual activities are becoming more and more important Human resources are inexhaustible resources: Society is constantly moving forward, businesses are growing, and human resources are endless If this resource is properly exploited, it will create a lot of material wealth for society, satisfying the increasing needs of people In order to have quality human resources, businesses need to really focus on recruiting qualified and suitable human resources, this is a success factor In this essay, our group would like to choose the topic "Recruitment at Acecook Joint Stock Company", from which to better understand the recruitment work at a large company in Vietnam

as well as see clearly over the importance of human resources for the economy

in general and for businesses in particular

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company was formed on the basis of joint venture development, which is Vifon Joint Venture Company - Vietnam and Marubeni and Acecook Financial Group - Japan
