CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

1 The reason for choosing the topic

From the past until now, businesses need talent to motivate and inspire sustainabledevelopment Human resources have always played an important role in the activities oforganizations, especially during the current economic crisis This is one of the importantfactors affecting the success or failure of a business In order to have good humanresources, to meet the requirements of the job, enterprises need to attach importance tohuman resource management, especially recruitment activities Recruitment is an input tothe human resource management process and it affects the quality of human resources inthe organization The recruitment decision is considered the most important decision tohelp the organization in the future have a team of highly qualified workers, meet the jobrequirements, and improve production and business efficiency At the same time, goodrecruitment will help employees work in positions suitable to their capacity and forte,promote work motivation and increase labor productivity Therefore, recruitmentactivities need to be given due attention

CHAPTER 2: OVERVIEW OF THE SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS VIETNAM 1.Overview of the Samsung electronics Viet Nam

Samsung Vietnam Company - an enterprise under the Korean Samsung Group Thecompany specializes in manufacturing electronic products In Vietnam, the company isnow the largest in the country with billions of dollars in annual revenue Currently,Samsung Electronics has 9 phone factories located in many countries such as Korea,Indonesia, China, Brazil and Vietnam In Vietnam, there are currently 2 factories located

in Bac Ninh, namely SEV (full name is SamSung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.) and the factory in Thai Nguyen is SEVT (full name is: SamSung Electronics Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd.)

These two factories account for more than 30% of Samsung Electronics' global workforceand supply more than 50% of all Samsung phones globally

About 70% of the capacity of both factories is for the production of mobile phonecomponents for domestic assembly as well as for export to other factories

LTD 3.1 General Recruitment Process

Round 1: Submit application

Every year, Samsung organizes recruitment 2 times in March and October or November.You will have time about 1 month to apply to this company through 2 ways:

Option 1:

• Apply online: Go to www.samsungcareers.com.vn and log in Candidates who donot have an account need to create a new account and log in

• Fill in the required information and submit the application

note that candidates must attach a scanned copy of the Diploma/Graduation Certificate,Transcript before submitting

Round 3: Interview

Candidates who pass round 2 will be invited to participate in the round 3 - Interview inthe recruitment process template at Samsung On average, candidates will have to gothrough 3 rounds of interviews:
