So what are the striking points of differences in the abovetwo conversation? I am sure you must have noticed that:

1 Conversation 2 lasted much longer than conversation 1

2 Conversation 1 began and ended on a negative note.Conversation 2 was much more positive and definitely ended on

a positive as well as high energy note

3 In Conversation 1, Vikrant seems to be a dumb and incompetent employee where as in Conversation 2 he comes out be a person who is ‘willing to learn’ and ‘eager for success’

4 In Conversation 2, Vikrant has managed to gently boost the ego

of his boss and to some extent got him into his favour!
