Transition”, Mina Alonso explains the issue about many recent graduates who face with many difficulties which make them not
to adapt easily in the workplace and give them some advice Firstly, she points out that the work environment is genuinely not similar with school These students aren’t prepared for changing their thinking analytically and making good decisions in the workplace Secondly, Alonso says that recent graduates had difficulty adjusting to teamwork In school, students work independently and got marks based on what they had done compared with workplace, they usually depend on their co-worker for success In conclusion, the author tells students to spend time
