A single HDSL Slimline Repeater in the local loop regenerates the HDSL signal, extending the 12,000 ft distance over which a full-duplex DS1 signal can be carried to 24,000 ft Two HDSL Slimline Repeaters may
be used to carry the signal up to 36,000 feet ADC’s ±130 VDC powering design provides maximum span power while complying fully with Bellcore GR-1089 A3 voltage safety standards The HDSL Slimline Repeater is fully compatible with the Soneplex system’s extensive management capabilities, including performance monitoring, sectionalization and enhanced customer and network loopbacks Up to 24 HDSL Slimline Repeaters may be deployed in ADC’s EnCaser 819 outside plant apparatus case Up to 16 HDSL Slimline Repeaters may be deployed in ADC’s Soneplex Radiator case
