As the New Year Begins just wanted to give you some things to think about - and some ideas for new year’s resolutions May God Always bless you with love, friendship and happiness!

40 New Year’s Resolutions to Consider  

1.- Walk 10 to 30 minutes each day - and as you walk

SMILE!! 

2.- Reserve a bit of time each day - for quiet meditation

3.- Listen to good uplifting music

 4.- As you wake up each morning

set some goals to accomplish that day.

5.- Live with the three “E’s” - - Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.

6.- Enjoy Life - find time to play games

with those you love

7.- Start reading that book you’ve always meant to get started Fill your mind with good uplifting subjects

8.- Look up at the sun each day and the moon and stars each night - enjoy the beauty of God’s creations

9.- Don’t think dreaming is reserved for

while your asleep Dare to do a little dreaming.

day-10.- Eat more healthy foods Remove from your diet some of those things that really arent making you any healthier

11.- Don’t postpone for tomorrow what you can do TODAY!

12.- Make someone smile!! Make them laugh!

13.- Organize your house, your room and your office/desk.

14.- Don’t waste your time worrying about things for which you have no control over!.

15.- Realize that life is a school - and that we are here to learn whether the day is happy or sad, good or bad There is always something POSITIVE you can learn from your experiences
