We pronounce /əʊ/ when:

-“o” is usually pronounce /əʊ/ when it is the last letter of the word:

go, no, …

-“oa” is pronounce /əʊ/ when in the word has one syllable and

ends with a consonant or consonants: coat, road, …

-“ou” can pronounce /əʊ/: soul, dough, …

-“ow” are pronounce /əʊ/: slow, know, …
