Lesson 7 LOOKING BACK

I./ Objectives

By the end of the lesson, students can:

- Extend and practice vocabulary related to “Tet”: things, activities and practices

- Identify and practice the language of intentions (with will‘) and advice (with

‘should’)

- Get to know New Year practices in some other countries

II./ Content.

- Vocabulary: items related to the topic “Tet”

- Structure: Will to express intentions, should/shouldn’t for advice

- Book, planning, picture, laptop, projector …

T asks Ss to work in individual to match

the action to the left with the things on

- Ss try to match in two minutes

2 Play game

“About or Not about Tet?”

- T divides class into two groups and Ss

play game

- Ss take turns to read aloud each phrase

from the list The quickiest group has the

right answer get one mark

The groups with the higher score wins
