*Aims:

-Vocabulary: Leisure time on an average day

-Pronunciation of clusters: /br/ and /pr/

-Speaking practice

*Objectives:

-By the end of the lesson students will be able to know more about leisure activities they can do and they can talk about them with their friends

I) WARMER

MATCHING

-T presents the pie chart without the time (P08) and the time of doing the activites in cards (7 cards) -2 groups

-Ss match the time with the activities

II) NEW LESSON

8 *Acitivity 1:

*Practice speaking: Using qs 1, 2, 3_P8

S1: How much leaisure time did people in the US have on an

average day in 2012?

S2: They had 5.1 hours

INTERVIEW

-Ss work in pairs -Ss use the inf from the pie chart

-T explains how to d by using an example

-Ss work in pairs -Ss give the asw -T gives corrections -Practice speaking out
