1. Khách hàng cam đoan và hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác của các thông tin trên Giấy đề nghị thay đổi thông tin TKTT này và tính hợp pháp của các giấy tờ kèm theo The Customer undertakes and takes full responsibilities for the accuracy and legality of the information contained in the Application and Agreement for changing information of current account and banking service and attached documents
2 Khách hàng xác nhận đã đọc, hiểu rõ, đồng ý với các quy định tại Bản điều khoản điều kiện về mở, sử dụng TKTT & dịch vụ tại VietinBank và đề nghị VietinBank thay đổi thông tin đã yêu cầu trên Các thông tin trong giấy đề nghị này thay thế các thông tin đã đăng ký với VietinBank trước đây.Customers confirm that they have read, understood and agreed with the provisions in the Terms and Conditions of opening, using account and service at VietinBank and requesting VietinBank to change the information requested above The information in this request replaces the information registered with VietinBank before.
