Main meal: Important meal in a day: Bữa ăn chính

E.g: Breakfast is considered as the main meal of a day

A brunch: A meal between breakfast and lunch: Bữa ăn giữa buổi sáng

E.g: We often have brunch with a cup of coffee and a piece of bread

A balanced diet: An eating plan that is good for health: Chế độ ăn cân bằng
