Steps/ Activities Content II WARM UP (5 minutes) Network : - Divide sts into 2 teams and ask Ss to write as many subjects as they can on the blackboard Possible answers : Chemistry / Physics / math / geography / literature / history

- Lead in the new lesson by Chatting : - What subjects are you good at ? / bad at ? - What subject do you like best ? / Why ? - How often do you have math ? / Literature ?

-III NEW LESSON (35minutes) Step 1 : Pre Reading:

- Today, we are going to read the dialogue about Jim's study Let's start with some new words. 1 Vocabulary :

- Turn on the tape and ask Ss to look at their books while

listening, then read the dialogue to check their predictions

- Give feedback :

- Ask Ss to correct false statements
