1 Introduction to technique process :

5.Equipment features:

2 Equipment operation precautions:

1 All SUS316 materials are prohibited from hydrochloric acid when the

machine is washed with acid and alkali If the sulfuric acid is used, the

concentration is less than 5% The washing time is less than 1 hour If the

stainless steel is corroded due to improper use of the liquid, Xinhengli will not replace it.

2 It is forbidden to dissolve chemical directly in the main cylinder of the unit with strong acid and strong alkali;

3 When using hydrochloric acid syrup, the fluorine content must be less than 10PPM, otherwise it will cause corrosion of titanium material, Xin Hengli will not be replaced;

4 Regularly check the electric box cooling fan and clean the filter;

5 Regularly clean the residue of the medicine in the medicine box;

6 Always pay attention to the spray condition of the nozzle, such as the

8 The drying section is generally waste heat, and cannot be connected with the acid-alkaline exhaust pipe, otherwise the corrosion and rust will be

12 Equipment with anti-oxidation requirements, DI water or RO water for water washing before air drying;

13 Before the machine is shut down for a long time, the soaked roller should

be taken out, and its moisture index should be checked before use again;

14 Add the butter once a month to the motor chain drive of the equipment transmission part;
