1 Obstacle /ˈɒb.stə.kəl/ (N) vật trở ngại, sự cản trở

Definition: something that blocks you so that movement, going forward, or action is prevented or made       more difcult 

Synonyms : barrier, difculty

Examples: The biggest obstacle in our way was a tree trunk in the road

2 Torment /ˈtɔː.ment/ (N) sự đau khổ, sự dày vò

Definition: great mental suffering and unhappiness, or great physical pain

Synonyms : suffering, pain

Examples: He spent the night in torment, trying to decide what was the best thing to do

Definition: to wish very strongly, especially for something that you cannot have or something that is very difcult to have
