Create a delete ADJS neighbor and make CR

CREATE A DELETE ADJS NB MAKE CR

1- After we get a updated neighbor file , Cell file , PRACH file , it is ready to import to MapInfo.

2- Open “ MapInfo Pro” and then click to LEGACY.

1: Click to “ LEGACY “

After step 1,Click at RF0406 as step 2 You can see the button “Import” on the picture as below:

To Import Cell File

To Import PRACH File

3- To Import Cell File to MapInfo :

After step 2,pls do step by step to open Cell file in MapInfo as below ;

* Wait a few minute ,loading to open file :

When you open the

files , you can see

files easily by

putting and linking in

this folder (RF0406).

After loading, you can see “ Cell_3G_Map” box as below.

* Finished importing of Cell File to MapInfo :

4- To Import Neighbor File to MapInfo :

After step 2,pls do step by step to open Neighbour file in MapInfo as below ;

* Wait a few minute ,loading to open file :

After loading, you can see “ Neigh3G3GIntra_Map” box as below.

* Finished importing of Neighbor File to MapInfo :

5- To Import PRACH File to MapInfo :

After you click “File” ,the box will fall down as “Open” that you can choose “PRACH” File

4: Choose PRACH File

7: Choose ‘ Display Timing Advance

After that, you can see “ PRACH_Map” box and how it work as below.

6- Useful Commands in MapInfo

* You can put more commands as you like by doing following steps :

1: Click “ Arrow”

If you want to add more commands , you can do it in “ Customize Ribbon “ by adding ;

4: After do it as step3,the command that you want to put

on Toolbar will show

in “Quick Access Toolbar ” box

3: Do double clicks on command (or) firstly choose the

command and then click on “Add” if you want to put

and show on Quick Access Toolbar

“ Choose Commands from”

After step 6, You can see commands on Toolbar By doing like this ,you can see and use easily ;

7- Searching the site in Cell 3G Map:

* Press “ Ctrl + f “

After step 5,you will find your site with pin design.

9- If you want to know neighbor sectors of a site, please check like below steps :

1: It is U900 of Sector1 (eg:YAW7622_1)

3: After step 2, touch with it on area of U900 of Sector 1

4: After that , “Found 2 cells” box falls down and choose the sector number in “ Select 1 Cell”

After step 5, you can see neighbor sectors of U900_Sector 1 ( YAW7622_1 ).

10- Neighbor Add

1: Choose “ Select Source Cells for Neighbor Plan”

2: After step 1, touch with it on

area of U900 of Sector 1

3: After that , “Found 2 cells” box falls down and choose the sector number in “ Select 1 Cell”

If you want to add neighbor sector , do step by step as below.

6: Choose “ Select Target Cells for Neighbor Creation “

7:If it had neighbor sector, no need to add again

8: Click on it to add neighbor

10: Click on ”OK”.

9: After that ,you will be found

“Found 2 cells” box and choose the

sector number in “ Select 1 Cell”

If you do something wrong when you add neighbor , you can delete it as below steps :

11- How to add Neighbor

*Layer 1 is a first priority when you add neighbor

*Layer 2 and Layer 3 depend on the direction of our sector

*Backload site/sector must have behind of our sector

*Some neighbor sector are far from our sector but we add it in neighbor sector by checking in Google Earth

At this time , we can add neighbor But if mountain or something block has between two sectors We can not.

12- Remove a neighbor line

11: Click “Remove Temporary Layers and Tables”

13- Save “ Neighbor Add “ from MapInfo

After step 1,you will see “Save Adjacency Plan” box.

14- After we get excel file of Neighbor Add from MapInfo, we should check it to “Delete” or not because….

*Neighbor sector is maximum 31

After step 4, “Export-Excel Spread Sheet” box is fallen :

15- Open “AdjPlan”

1: Delete data firstly from

“AdjDelete ,AdjId,Temp” without title

After that Open “qryAdjsId” File from MyDB :

to choose “Value”

17- After running data , you can see “ADJSID” colum has new data as below :

(i)First Condition : without ” Max”

If “Max” do not have in ADJSID column,You can directly do to CRF File.

If have , Please do by following step by step of (ii)second condition

5: Select data with title from “SourceRNC to

ADJSId” column and then Copy to new sheet

6: Pastein new sheet and then Select All6

Go to “ INSERT ” and Click on “ Pivot Table ”

7: Click “OK”

A new sheet will open as Sheet 2 :

In Pivot Table :

8: Click to step 22 and put to “ ROWS”

9: Click to step 23 and put to “ VALUES”

And Choose “Count”

After step24,copy and then paste in Sheet 1

11: Sector name to delete in MapInfo

12: Number to delete sector in MapInfo

18- After you know delete lists , Open MapInfo to delete neighbor sector :

Eg: YAW4106_3_S (1)

- For that site(YAW4106),neighbor site YAW4258 attempt is 0 So we can choose YAW4258_2_S to delete

- Don’t delete high attempt

After you check which sector do you want to delete :

1: Click “Select Neighbor Relations for Deletion”

“Select Neighbor Relations for Deletion”

Remove list will reach in “TempAdjPlan Browser”

- In MapInfo ; Click on “LEGACY”

- Click on “RF0406”

- Choose “Create Neighbor Work Order”

- Save the folder that you want to save

- You will see the file like below and name is “AdjPlan_Date”

After opening the file :

- Swap the result of “TgtCell and SrcCell”

- After swapping data :

- Copy All without Title

19- Open “ MyDB”

1: Open “tblCellPair”

3: Paste >> Click “Yes”

2: Click there (select All) and Click “Delete” >> Click “Yes”

20- Open “AdjPlan ” :

“AdjId,Temp” without title

After that Open “qryAdjsId” File from MyDB :

122- After that , move to ‘AdjCreate’ :

23- Remove to ‘Main’ first page :

24- After running data , you can see “ADJSID” column has new data in ‘AdjCreate’ page as below :

If “Max” do not have in ADJSID column,You can directly do to CRF File.

If have , Please do by following step by step of (ii)second condition again

You must do these all steps until “Max” do not have in

“ADJSID”colum.

1: Open “XML Tool vl 1”1

1- Open XML TOOL File :

In “XML Tool” Excel File , firstly click to “ADJS” page :

2: Please write “Create” word in “Operation” column

5: Go to “Main” page in “XML Tool”

6: Click on “ASJS” box

7: Write name ,date , site name ( eg: CRF _ Chit Su_

2- Do new excel file ( CRF_Name_Date_Site Name_ADJS )_and then give a rename for a new sheet as “Create” After that name is “Delete” for next new sheet :

21: Copy data in ADJS page from “operation”

column to “AdjsMNC” column

2: Paste in “ Create ” sheet of the new excel file

43- For “Delete” XML File :

1: Deletename in Operation column and then

Write“ Delete ” word instead of “Create”

Open “Delete” Sheet in New excel file ( CRF_Name_Date_Site Name_ADJS ) :

Copy All

Paste data in page

After paste data in “Delete” sheet :

And then put one new column between “AdjsCI” and “SHO: Att” :

Write “Formula” to fill data in new column :

We use formula to get combining name with ‘ SourceWCEL ‘and ‘TargetWCELL’ :

Insert one new column between “TGTNAME” and “HO_ATT” :

After that write formula :

You did select 2 column in 2”.So we write “2”.If you select 3 column , you will write “3”

{note : If we do not remove formula in

SHO:Att , SHO:Share , SHO:SR per

Adjacency , we can not delete ‘L’ Column}

11: Save the excel file (CRF _ Name _ Date _ Site Name _ADJS )

13: Paste it on “XML Tool” excel file

14: Go to “Main” page in “XML Tool”

15: Click on “ASJS” box

16: Write name ,date , site name ( eg: CRF _ Chit Su_

After we get these three files , we can send email to Nokia

to approval CRF to create ADJS
