Trang 1A INTRODUCTION
1 Reasons for research
Primary level English program has been implemented in all regions across the country Innovation prominent feature of the content of this program is to provide maximum opportunities for students to practise four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing on the topics and situations, communication content related to environment living at home and abroad The change in facilitating the teaching and learning of English in secondary schools becomes teaching living language instead of teaching words as many years ago However,
in practical English skills forged for students, teachers confronted with many difficulties, especially listening skill forged Through my school in the rural areas, when students started to learn foreign languages, most of them were very interested in English, but eventually they fell tired of it Most of them are very bad at listening skill It's difficult for them to understand the content of an essay
or dialogue they hear After each listening lesson, the teacher meets difficulty checking information that students had heard and checking old lesson often not easy
Nowadays, teachers of English find it difficult to create audio files to guide students to practice listening as well as applying in listening tests They often find files on the internet but there are many contents that are not suitable for students They do not know how to edit the files Or they can find some videos
or songs but they are not in MP3 format so how to turn them into MP3 files for easy use with today's MP3 players With my own experience over the years I
would like to present in my experience with the topic "Create and edit audio files by Software Camtasia Studio 8.6 and from the Internet”
2 Research purpose.
Learning English requires learners to practice the 4 skills: listening-speaking-reading-writing The ultimate goal of learning a language is to communicate fluently with everyone The purpose of this study is to provide English language teachers with audio and video resources that are appropriate for students in the teaching of listening skills I hope my experience will help students feel more excited when they learn listening skills as well as learn other skills
3 Subjects of research.
English MP3 file for primary school
Software Camtasia Studio 8.6
Some websites for listening skill
4 Research methodology.
With this topic I have applied the following methodology:
+Self-studying through the internet
+Asking experts in the field of audio and video
+Discussing with experienced colleagues in professional meetings

Trang 2B PROBLEM SOLVING
I Theoretical basis.
Today science and technology develop very fast Students have many sources for learning English such as TV, Smartphone, Notebook, Youtube, online study, website or English learning software
If the teacher does not know how to source audio and video for teaching English, the lesson will not attract students and students will feel bored Therefore, it is extremely important to collect and edit audio and video files that are appropriate for the lessons
II Really state of affairs.
My school is situated in Dinh Hai commune, people live mainly on planting rice because of the over population, their living standards are low and strenuous The majority of parents work far from their houses and their daughters, who live with their grandparents, are lacking of their parents' attention Therefore, learning and communication in English, and the second language of children are more difficult Pronunciation of their native language also leads to more errors
in listening, teaching English and making English more difficult Most of them are very timid, shy, yet bold communication, language delay thinking leads to low self-esteem, inferiority
My school facilities are also very inadequate CD,VCD, DVD, computer, and Audiovisual equipments are not yet available Therefore, I also have to try my best to find audio and video sources for teaching students' listening skills
I have been using Camtasia 8.6 for many years and have found a way to edit audio and video files to teach listening skill I would like to present my experience here for the teachers of English to refer

C CONCLUSION AND PROPOSAL.
1 Conclusion.
When learning a foreign language, it is better to start learning as soon as you can By listening, you will get used to the sounds of the language Pronunciation is also easier for you If you are a beginner in learning English, look for tapes with recordings Whenever you do not understand a word, open it and look up the word in the dictionary Listen to the same content over and over again
Listening to many times the same content is great for learning your language Pick a good tape and listen to it over and over again Make sure you understand every word in the video During the listening process, try to memorize the verses used, or even a paragraph Then practice speaking according to memory, imitate the pronunciation of the speaker After a while, you will notice that the words or phrases in the video have become your own You can use them in your own words Your pronunciation and listening skills will definitely improve
Listen regularly try to listen regularly, every day hear The best option is to have
an MP3 player With this handset, you can listen anywhere and listen at any time You should write the songs you like on a CD and keep it in your MP3 player whenever you go out So you can listen all the time and everywhere
An enthusiastic and dedicated teacher is always looking for ways to develop listening skills for students Therefore, it is very important to create audio files
14
Trang 14suitable for students I hope that with my own experiences I will partly help the teachers to create their own audio files for teaching listening skills to students
2 Proposal.
a For teachers:
In addition to teaching in the classroom, teachers need to visit class, supervises colleagues not only in schools but also take time to visit colleagues in school groups Regularly organize their teaching subjects in accordance with the actual situation of the school and classroom It has to be evaluated, contributed ideas and give honest and accurate comment about advantages and disadvantages after each lesson
b For school leaders:
School leaders should set up an English speaking club Regularly organize English exchange activities between schools Learn English through theatrical form Invite foreigners to exchange English speaking practice So students will feel more excited and confident in speaking English School leaders should regularly supplement facilities for foreign language teachers There should be a private audiovisual room for teaching and learning English
Above are some of my effective experience, I summed up in the teaching process I hope to receive the attention, the share and the sincere comments from the colleagues
Sincerely thank you!
