ARTICLE 1 : THE CONTENTS OF THE CONTRACT

- Unit price of sand based on price by the two parties agreed at each time point of order (order by phone)

ARTICLE 2 : THE QUALITY OF GOODS

- Quality of goods provided by Party B following standard TCVN 7520:2006

ARTICLE 3 : DELIVERING AND RECEIVING

- Place of delivery: Goods to be delivered at the warehouse of Party B

- Delivery time: Goods to be delivered according to delivery time requirements of Party A be

recorded in order

- Method of delivery: Goods were carried out according to the method of delivery: Delivery and receipt according to actual volume tested on transportation the two Parties agreed to sign in the

delivery records

- Moving – unloading: Party A responsible for transport to the port of Party B Party B

- Provide full invoice finance for party B as prescribed

- No receipt of goods simultaneous of other units in case Party B ensure delivery schedule,

quality, quantity and price

- Paying for Party A on time

5.2 General Terms

- Two parties commitment to comply with the terms stated in the contract In the course of implementation, if any problems arise difficulties and obstacles both parties will discuss and agree on settlement, neither party is allowed to modify the terms stated in the contract A party who violates one of the things stated in this contract shall bear full responsibility before the

current law

- Contract as liquidated after 10 days of the final payment deadline is two sides are done without

Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province)

- Delivery time: Goods to be delivered according to delivery time requirements of Party A

Description Sika® ViscoCrete®-8100 is a 3 rd generation polymer based high

performance superplasticizer with hardening acceleration effect for concrete.

Sika® ViscoCrete®-8100 meets requrement of ASTM C494 type F

Uses Sika® ViscoCrete®-8100 is mainly suitable for the manufacture of

concrete in precast factories and other in-situ precast concrete elements Sika® ViscoCrete®-8100 is used for the following types of concrete:

 High-strength/High performance concrete spun pile in precast industry.

 Concrete with extreme water reduction.

 Soft consistency concrete with extended working time, suitable for both small and large spun piles.

Advantages Sika® ViscoCrete®-8100 combines different modes of actions By

adsorption on the surface of the fines and keeping them apart while the hydration is in progress, ViscoCrete®-8100 effects the following concrete properties:

 Extremely high water reduction (Producing high impermeability and strengths)

 Faster evolution of early strength development Can reduce the time

of steam curing process for getting early strength.

 Workability can be maintained up to 90 minutes (still depends on cement type, temperature and mix design)

 Improved creep and shrinkage resistance characteristics.
