DECISION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to:

- Law on Enterprises is passed by National Assembly dated on November 26 th , 2014;

- The Charter of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation (the Company);

- The Letter of resignation of Mr Bui Cao Nhat Quan;

- Meeting minutes of the Board of Directors (BOD) on May 11 th , 2017

DECISION

ARTICLE 1: Approval on the Letter of resignation of Mr Bui Cao Nhat Quan to resign from the position as the Deputy

Chairman of the BOD of the Company

ARTICLE 2: Approval on the Letter of resignation of Mr Bui Cao Nhat Quan to resign from the position as the Deputy

Chief Executive Officer of the Company

ARTICLE 3: The BOD agreed to appoint Mr Bui Xuan Huy to be a temporary Member of the BOD
