MONTHLY BUSINESS NOTICE

(July 2016) NT2 is pleased to update to our esteemed shareholders and potential investors with

our actual business performance in June, as well as our business plan in July 2016 as

follow :

1 Business Performance Result in June, 2016

a, Commercial Power Production:

(NT2’s 2016 business plan was based on the oil price of USD 60/barrel, which

is equivalent to gas price of 5.2 USD /million BTU)

- Commercial Electricity Output of July 2016 as per monthly business plan is

277.23 million kWh By july 13, NT2 has generated 182.7 million kWh, which

is equivalent to 65.9% of its monthly business plan
