When you go in on your first day at your new

they seem Those first few hours are always a bit

Whether you're entering a new school in the beginning of the year or the middle, the best way to meet new people is by joining in activities like clubs and sports After school is

В

It happened because I was going much too fast around the corner, and I wasn't concentrating properly. I am usually a good skateboarder and I don't like to take risks. I don't know what I was thinking about that day!

As you can probably guess, it's all about racing rockets  and it's great fun! You have full control over the design of your vehicle, which you then construct and race against a team

of other pilots. There is a choice of over twenty different race routes that take you round spectacular planets, asteroids and other parts of the universe. The graphics are truly superb.

The only criticism I have of the game is the music. I don't know who decided a rock soundtrack was a good idea, but it's not what I would choose. I think it sounds dreadful!

But overall, it's a really good game  especially for children as it's quite easy  and I'd certainly recommend it to anyone who enjoys racing games and outer space.

В MEN AND MONSTERS (picture )

You might think that the games market doesn't need another fantasy roleplaying game, but Middle Earth Games have other ideas. This game sends you to find the magic Ring of Argor. You'll have endless adventures on the way, avoiding traps, picking up friends and weapons, and of course battling monsters.

There are ten levels to complete and as you go through them, you become more and more powerful. This is good, because the levels get more and more difficult to finish. It's challenging, but that's what you'd expect from this producer of intelligent games.

I do think that the graphics could be improved though. They looked a bit oldfashioned to me, which made the game less enjoyable. The accompanying music wasn't so great, either.

This is really a game for fans of fantasy role plays. To an experienced gamer, it doesn't really offer anything new. It's OK

I can't think of anything bad to say about this game! It's packed with great features: the graphics are good, the way you build your nation is really clever, and the possibilities are only limited

by your own imagination. Not only is it great fun, but you learn a lot about the daytoday running of a country.

Your body needs energy and nutrients from food to grow

and work properly If you don't eat a healthy, balanced

diet, you could be putting your health and growth at risk

A healthy diet also gives you the energy you need and

can help you look and feel great But eating well doesn't

have to mean cutting out all your favourite food A

healthy diet means eating a wide range of food so that

you get all the nutrients you need and eating the right

Foods high in fat include pizzas, chips, burgers, biscuits and crisps. Foods high in added sugars include cakes, sweets and chocolate. Both fat and sugar are high in calories, so if you eat these foods often, you're more likely

be eating more of them.

Aim for six to eight glasses per day: water, fruit juices without extra sugar (mixed with water) and milk are all healthy choices.

They are good sources of many of the vitamins and minerals your

body needs. It's not as hard as it might sound: fresh, frozen, tinned,

dried and juiced fruit and vegetables all count towards your total.

So fruit juice without extra sugar and smoothies count.
