2.Warm up: chatting

-Have ss speaking about the problem

environment in their country life

-Have ss say with their partners

3.Pre-listening:

Brainstorming.

S2: No, we shouldn’t do that, Burning trash will pollute the air I think the best way to reduce garbage is to reuse and recycle things S1: How can we do that? I think only the factory can

S2: What about collecting used paper, bottles and cans every day? It’s not difficult

S1: That’s a good ideas ! Let’s do that

*Warm up:

-Asking ss to find out the verbs beginning

with the letters that teacher give

-Give 4, 5 letters at the same time, students

are to find out 4, 5 verbs beginning with 4, or

5 letters given

-The group which finish first gets one mark

Dear Mr.President

I am writing to you about the catching of fish

of many people in the lake behind my house

I am very worried because they use electricity to catch fish After a short time, they leave the lake, a lot of small fish die and float on the water surface Other animals such as frogs, toads, and even birds have also die from electric shock waves

I would suggest the local authorities should prohibit and fine heavily anyone using this way of catching fish I look forward to hearing from you and seeing the protection
