Worsted Weight Yarn

Size I Crochet hook ( a smaller hook will produce a tighter stitch and smaller letter)

Polyester Fiber Fill

Stitch Marker

This pattern is worked from the bottom up

Row 1 sc in first ch from hook and in each ch across (20 sc) ch1 , turn (do this

at the end of EACH row)

Row 2 2 sc in first 2 sc, sc in each sc to last sc 2 sc in last sc (23 sc)

Row 3 Repeat row 2 (26 sc)

Row 4 2sc in first sc, sc in each sc across to last 2 sc 2 sc in each of last 2 sc (29sc)

Row 5 repeat from 2 (32 sc)

Row 6 2sc in first sc, sc across to last 2sc in last sc (34 sc)

Row 9 sc in each sc to last sc 2 sc in last sc (40 sc)

Row 12 2 sc in first sc (place marker in first sc) sc in each across to end (43 sc)

You will now work a short row and start the bottom upward curve of the C You will go back and work the main part of the C later

Row 13 2 sc in first sc and in next 15 sc (17 sc)

Row 14 Dec over first 2 sc, sc in next 15 sc (16 sc)

Row 15 sc in each sc to last 2 sc Dec over last 2 sc (15 sc)

Row 16 Dec over first 3 sc, sc in each sc to end (13 sc)

Row 17 Dec over first 2 sc, sc in each to last 2 sc Dec over last 3 sc (10 sc) Row 18 Dec over first 2 sc, sc in each sc to last 2 sc Dec over last 2 sc (8 sc) Row 19 Dec over first 2 sc, sc in each sc to last 2 sc Dec over last 2 sc (6 sc) Finish off

Go back to marked stitch, join with sc

Row 13 sc in same stitch as joining (a total of 2 sc in stitch) sc in next 20 sc (22 sc)

Row 14 Dec over next 3 sc, sc in each sc to end (20 sc)

Finish Off

Return to marked stitch (chain stitch)

When done with both letters, lay one on top of the other You will be working the “wrong sides” so if you want one color for the front and a different one for the back, place the back color on top of the front color Slip stitch or whip stitch around Leave a small opening to stuff fiberfill Stuff firmly Close opening
