I’m frazzled.

I’m burnt out.

I’ve got a lot on my plate.

I’ve got a lot on my mind.

I don’t know whether I’m coming or

going.

I’ve had it up to here.

I can’t take any more.

It drives me up the wall.

It drives me round the bend I’m at my wit’s end.

I’m at the end of my tether.

My head’s about to explode I’m wound up.

I’m drowning in paperwork I’m snowed under.

I’m coming apart at the seams.

It’s difficult./ I don’t know what to do

It’s like herding cats.
