At the beach, the girls had a great time They played in the water, jumping in the waves and laughing The built a huge sand castle using buckets and shovels They let water in and created a moat Erika thought the beach was great!

Then Jasmine dad called them over to the boat dock He had a paddle boat ready for them and held to life jackets in his hands Jasmine ran to the boat, put on her life jacket, and sat down She smiled and waited for Erika Erika was very nervous Jasmine’s dad helped her put on her life jacket Erika carefully climbed into the seat and put on her feet on the pedals Jasmine started pedaling so Erika did too Soon they were moving quickly across the water It was fun When they were far out when Jasmine stopped the boat and jumped in the water Erika didn’t move She didn’t dare tell Jasmine that she couldn’t swim
