H: Singles or doubles?
J: One single, with a sea view, and a double with a balcony, please
H: Right OK for those dates we have a double with a balcony, but it’s at the back and there is no view – is that alright for you? Its quiet
J: That’s fine And the single room?
H: We are quite busy that week Let me see oh, yes there is a single with a sea view on the second floor
J: Does it have an en suite with a bath?
H: Oh, no I’m afraid there is only a shower in that room
J: Well I really need a room with a bath, it’s for my mum you see
