I Aim: By the end of the lesson, the Ss will be able to:

- Read and understand/ recognize the importance of saving sources of energy and using alternative energy

- Listening to the tape carefully and complete the tests well

- Writing a paragraph on what you like and don’t like about your Tet holiday

- Using Relative Pronouns, Relative Clauses well

II Language content:

Grammar:

- Pronunciation /sl/ ; /sm/; /sn/ ; /sw/

- Relative pronouns with prepositions

- Pronunciation /∫r/; /spl/; /spr/

- Relative clauses replaced by participles and to infinitives (revision)

Vocabulary: Unit 9-11

Teacher :

• Having the prepared 45–minute-Test in hand

• Checking the attendance of the Ss

• Ask Ss to hand their documents in front of the

class

• T sends each student a Test 45’

• T controls their activities

• T does not walk around the class too much

• T collects the sheets of paper & the Test 45’ after

45mn

Students :

Prepare the sheet of paper which is used to do the

Test 45’ and other accepted necessary things for

the Test 45’

Comment :

Ss do the test in order

The content of the 45-minute test (35 sentences )

Homework :

- Review Unit 9-11

- Prepare Reading / unit

Class: 11A1, 2, 3; 11C3, 5

• T gives Ss the answers and explains how to do

them correctly

• T answers any questions of Ss (If so)

• T reminds Ss some main points in the Units Ss

have just learnt

• Finding out the mistakes of their Tasks

• Make the question to T (if so)

• Correct the mistakes which they made

• Take notes from T (if necessary)

Comment :

T asks Ss to prepare the lesson more carefully

before doing the test
