important to British

For British, it is impolite to ask people questions:

John : Hello! I am John.

Nana: Hi! I am Nana.

John : How old are you?

Nana: 20 And you?

John : 21 Are you married?

Nana: I’m single

John : What do you do?

How much money you earn

for a month?

Nana: I’m a teacher.

In the first time you meet someone in Britain, you

British have law of privacy to protect people:

 Private life

 respect for private and confidential information

 respect for individual sexuality

 respect for privacy when one has a reasonable

expectation of privacy

 the right to control the dissemination of information about one’s private life, including photographs taken covertly

Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home, and

correspondence.

home life interfered with

uninterrupted and uncensored communication with others

puritanical standards of behavior.

• In some cases, It can bring positive consequences for the politician.

open attitude to sex
