Step I : Desizing
Fill the machine with water Liquor ratio should be around 1: 10 to 1:12
Heat the water upto 60 to 70 degrees
Add 0.4 gpl Diwet 100 or 1.5 gpl Indiclear in the machine and mix well
Load the garments (either up side down or crushed form ) into the machine
Soak the garments without running the machine for 5 to 10 min
Adjust pH 6.5 and temperature 650C and add 1.0 gpl Destreaker M
Run for 25 to 30 min
Drain the bath and give one hot rinse
Step II : Biofading
Fill the machine with water Liquor ratio should be around 1: 8 to 1:10
Adjust pH 6.5 and temperature 550C and add 1.0 gpl Z33 or other neutral enzyme from
Zytex Add indiclear 1.0 gpl Addition of Pumic stones along with enzymes is optional
Run for 45 to 90 min depending on the finish required
Drain the bath and give one hot rinse
Step III : After soaping
Fill the machine with water Liquor ratio should be around 1: 8 to 1:10
Add anionic detergent 0.3 gpl, hydrogen peroxide 1.0 gpl and 0.5 gpl Indiclear Heat the bath upto 70 0C and run for 15 min
Drain the bath and give one cold rinse for 5 min
Step IV : Softening
Fill the machine with water Liquor ratio should be around 1: 6
Add cationic softener as per the softness required Generally 2 to 4% OWG Run for 15 min
Drain the bath
Hydroextract the garments and dry
