• High temperature produced during cutting can fuse fabric edges by melting.  

Cause:

Sewing Faults

Mainly there are three types of Sewing Faults

1) Defects due to problem of stitch formation.

2) Defects due to fabric distortion.

3) Seam puckering.

• Unwanted marks on fabric

• Decolorized patch on fabric

Pin holes:

Causes: 

• Holes along selvage caused by pins holding fabric while it processes through tenter frame

• Major defect if pin holes extend into body of fabric far enough to be visible in the finished product

• Steam iron is used.

• Better quality yarn shrinkage problem reduce

Dirty sport:

• Dirt, Dust & other impurities is the cause the dirty sport.   

Iron spot

Causes:

If the Iron surface is dirt then this iron used become iron spot problem.Picture:
