Wedding is a traditional custom in Vietnam Wedding party is usually organized on

a good day in a year Many people believe that if the wedding is opened on a good day, it would bring many benefits and happiness to bride and bridegroom From the bridegroom’s family, they will have to prepare the betrothal gifts such as: wine, Phu The cake, betel and areca, roast pork, etc, and bring to the bride’s family

asking for marrying The wedding party often happens in the bride’s family first, then bridegroom’s family will come and pick up the bride to their house In

addition, Christian people always set up their wedding party at the Church with traditional way following their Catholic rule

Nowadays, Vietnamese traditional wedding is organized at famous or normal

restaurants depending on their finance They often invite their relatives and friends

to attend in the wedding party to give congratulation and best wish to them When they attend in the wedding party, they can give bride and bridegroom wedding money, gifts, etc Regarding to the wedding dress, we can see that the traditional wedding dress is so different from 10 years ago to the present time Moreover, it is different in other places For example, In the north of Vietnam, the traditional

wedding dress are Vay Linh, Ao Tu Than, Yem Dao and Khan Dong In contrast,
