Oktoberfest is the largest festival in the world, every year more than 6 millions people attending It held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany The festival is now 17 days when the first Sunday is October 2 and 18 days when it is October 1 The Oktoberfest is an important part of Bavarian culture It has been held since 1810
The festival is held in an area named the Theresienwiese,located near Munich's center The brewers produced a special beer with ingredients of malt and more hops (hence the higher alcohol content) for this festival Beer is sold in the tents with the dishes such as roast chicken,roast pork Before the festival, the owners of the tents will parade The festival consumes about 6 million liters of beer every year

"The Last Leaf" is my favorite book It's a short story set in Greenwich Village The book is written by the American author O Henry in 1907
The sort story revolve around Sue and Johnsy, two young female artists who live in a boarding house Behrman is an old artist also lived there
Johnsy is ill She watches the leaves fall from a vine outside the window
of her room She decides that when the last leaf drops, she will die Sue tells Behrman about the story of Johnsy He draws the last leaf in rainy night in the wall opposite her room Johnsy sees the last leaf that hasn't dropped in the big storm So Johnsy thinks again, and she hopes to live Then, Behrman died of pneumonia Finally, Johnsy has known the secret of the last leaf

If I ruled the world, firsly I would move factories out the city Because smoke and chemicals from the the factories caused cancer If the factories made environmental pollution, they would be banned production and compensated money for patients
Secondly, we would use paper bags and cloth bags instead of plastic bags Because a plastic bag takes one thousand years to decompose To protect the environment and water resources, we wouldn't use plastic bags
Finally, I would help the poor and the homeless I would give free meals for them They would be trained to work in the factories They would live in the houses that were built by the government
