Hibernation? Some animals hibernate during the winter When an animal hibernates, it goes into a sleeplike state During hibernation, an animal will not wake up to eat, drink, or go to the bathroom
Animals that hibernate eat lots and lots of food in the summer and fall They store the energy from the food as

the energy they need from
their stored fat That’s why
they don’t need to eat all
