I OBJECTIVES :

By the end of the lesson, students are able to practice reading the advertisement

to get information about English courses.Then students can understand more how

III TECHNIQUES :

- Rub out and remember - True/False prediction

- Chatting - Choose the most suitable word

- guessing game - interviewing

IV TEACHING AIDS :

- Extra-board, pictures , textbook

V PROCEDURE :

- T asks Ss to play “ Guessing Game”

- T devides class into 2 groups, T tells the first

sentence and every group gives sentence

countining Which group gives more sentences is

the winner

- T asks Ss some questions

- Ss answer freely

- T says “ This is 3 advertisements about the

English Courses offered 3 language school:

Foreign Language Council; Tuition; academy of

language You look at carefully and find new

words”

- T gives new words on the board

- Ss guess meaning of new words

- T reads new words twice and Ss listen carefully

and repeat

- Ss take note

2 PRE – READING(12’) : New words:

1 Beginner (n) : the classes teach new students leraning English : sơ cấp

3 Advanced (n) : ( translate) : cao cấp

4 Well-qualified (adj): có tay nghề vững vàng

again and choose a suitable language school for

him.”
