Write with Graffiti

Tip: Palm handhelds typically include a diagram of how letters, numbers, and certain characters are written using Graffiti 2

If you can't find yours and want to print one out, try visiting this web address:

www.palm.com/us/products/input/graffiti2_alphabet.pdf

Graffiti 2

You can also enter text into a Palm handheld using a system called Graffiti 2 Using Graffiti 2 is similar to writing by hand, but each letter

or character needs to be entered in a certain way so the handheld

can understand it

Graffiti is entered on the writing surface of your Palm (the area below the white areas) Letters, punctuation, and most other strokes are

written on the left side Numbers are written on the right side

4 Draw a horizontal stroke backwards to delete the letter

button

Tip: You won’t be an expert with Graffiti 2 at first, and you might need to consult the chart and use the on-screen keyboard a lot Don’t worry though – after practice and experience, you may be able to write Graffiti 2 as naturally as you can write on paper
