You like traveling, don’t you? Even though plane, train, car or boat can be tiring It’s very exciting
to visit different places
However 1 sometimes wonder why some people to travel For example, take 3 friends of mine One travels to a different country every time she has a holiday, but she has never enjoyed herself: she finds the place too hot, too cold, too quiet, too noisy or too expensive She is too fussy My 2nd friend says that she really enjoys traveling but she never goes outside her hotel and spends all of her holiday resting in her room What a waste of a holiday! My 3rd friend gets upset when he can’t watch his favorite TV Programmes or can’t find a good disco in the place he’s gone to for his holiday
Travelers like these should really stay at home because they do not prepare themselves for travel They love the excitement of planning a holiday to a different places before they go, and of talking about it when they come back, but they don’t spend any time finding out about the food, shops, transport, entertainment etc In the place So, when they arrive there, they are so shocked by the differences from home that all they can do is criticize the place and become very unhappy Their unhappiness grows and grows the longer they there
There are many reasons for traveling Dome people travel to escape their boring lives at home; other travel to explore new places; while other people travel so they can study different parts of the world However, if you travelers like 3 friends why they travel, they probably won’t be able to give you an answer They don’t really have an answer They really should just stay at home
