TÍNH TOÁN BẰNG PHẦN MỀM MY ECODIAL

I- GIỚI THIỆU VỀ PHẦN MỀM MY ECODIAL :

Nhằm trình bày tính toán thiết kế hoàn chỉnh đối với các phương pháp lắp đặt mạng hạ áp, tuân theo tiêu chuẩn lắp đặt IEC Phương pháp tính toán tuân theo kỹ thuật Điện

 My ECODIAL được sử dụng để thiết kế mạng hạ áp theo các đặc điểm kỹ thuật sau :

- Điện áp từ 220 V đến 690 V.

- Tần số từ 50 Hz đến 60 Hz.

- Hệ thống nối đất bao gồm: TT, TN (TNC – TNS) hoặc IT.

- Hệ thống sử dụng tối đa là 4 nguồn bình thường và 4 nguồn dự phòng.

 Nội dung của phần mềm này gồm :

- Xây dựng sơ đồ một sợi của mạng điện hạ áp.

- Tính toán dòng điện ngắn mạch.

- Tính toán độ sụt áp.

- Lựa chọn kích thước dây dẫn.

- Lựa chọn CB.

- Kiểm tra sự bảo vệ chọn lọc của từng nhánh và thiết bị.

- Diễn tả đường đặc tuyến tác động của từng loại CB theo hệ số chỉnh định.

- In ra các kết quả tính toán ra giấy một cách chi tiết và cụ thể từng vị trí.

- Ecodial là phần mềm được sử dụng cho việc thiết kế, lắp đặt mạng điện phía hạ áp Phần mềm này cung cấp đầy đủ các loại thư viện nguồn, các phần tử được sử dụng trong thiết kế, kết quả đồ thị tính toán, Chỉ cần lựa chọn các thông số thích hợp cho các phần tử mạng điện, khai báo các phương pháp lắp đặt, các điều kiện tính toán phù hợp với dự án trong thực tế là có thể thiết kế một mạch điện hoàn chỉnh.

II- PHẦN TÍNH TOÁN CHI TIẾT BẰNG PHẦN MỀM MY ECODIAL TRÊN MÁY:

Dao diện đầu lúc mở phần mềm ecodial và các thơng số phải chọn.

1/ Khởi động phần mềmMy Ecodial: Vào Start/Programs/My Ecodial L thì xuất

hiện màn hình làm việc

2/ Nhập các thông số chung: Nhập các thông số vào hợp thoại Global

Ccharacteristics (các đặt tính chung)

+ Ph-Ph V (V)(thông tin về điện áp định mức): 380

+ Earthing arrangement (kiểu nối đất): TN-S

+ System frequency (tần số hệ thống): 50

+ Target power factor (hệ số công suất đối tượng): 0,96

+ Max permitted CSA (tiết diện day dẫn tối đa): 630

+ Discrimination requested (yêu cầu bảo vệ phân biệt):Standard

+ N CSA/Ph CSA (tỉ lệ tiết diện 2ut trung tính/tiết diện 2ut pha): 1

+ CSA tolenrance (sai số cho phép khi chọn tiết diện 2ut):5

+ Thermal resistance check (kiểm tra sức chịu nhiệt):no

+ Standard (tiêu 2ut2n áp dụng): IEC 947

3/ Thiết lập sơ đồ đơn tuyến:

- Nhấp chuột trái vào nút ok

- Ta vào thư viện mạch để chọn các phần tử bao gồm: thư viện nguồn, thư viện máy biến áp, thư viện tải, thư viện thanh cái,…

- Nhấp chuột trái vào biểu tượng

để lựa chọn các lọai thư viện Nhấp chuột trái vào phần tử muốn chọn trong thư viện

Di chuyển phần tử muốn chọn vào vị trí mong muốn Tiếp tục chọn các phần tử khác để hòan thành sơ đồ mạch.

- Muốn xoay ngang phần tử nhấp chuột trái vào hộp thọai Horizontal trước khi nhấp chuột phần tử đó Mở rộng thanh cái về hai phía.

+ Nhấp chuột trái vào thanh cái + Nhấp chuột trái vào biểu tượng trên thanh công cu.

+ Một ký hiệu định dạng bằng tay có dạng hình vuông đen xuất hiện vào thanh cái và thực hiện mở rộng thanh cái.

- Để phóng to hay thu nhỏ sơ đồ mạch sử dụng lệnh Zoom hoặc thanh công cụ Zoom thông qua biểu tượng

Trên bảng này ta thực hiện chọn dây cho từng đoạn MBN,MF tới TPPC

&TPPC tới TDL & TDL tới các thiết bị.

đa lõi.Chọn xong nhấp OK.Thực hiện xong thao tác này kiểm tra toàn bộ các

thông số lần cuối sau đó chọn Calculate,ta quan sát tín hiệu trên Lá cờ hiện

Sau đó phần mềm sẽ xuất ra kết quả trên trên sơ đồ nguyên lý My Ecodial
