Kỳ thi TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication Bài kiểm tra Anh ngữ trong Giao Tiếp Quốc Tế) nhằm đánh giá sự lưu loát về tiếng Anh của những người không phải người bản xứ làm trong các văn phòng, trụ sở quốc tế. Các công ty, cơ quan chính phủ, và viện giáo dục dựa vào những kết quả của kỳ thi TOEIC để đánh giá những kỹ năng Anh ngữ của những nhân viên hiện tại và tương lai. Trong TOEIC không có khái niệm thi trượt, điểm sẽ được cộng lại từ tổng số câu trả lời đúng với điểm cao nhất là 990. Các công ty hay tổ chức sẽ đưa ra những tiêu chuẩn về điểm số khác nhau tùy thuộc vào yêu cầu riêng của họ.• Phần nghe: Phần này gồm có 100 câu hỏi được hỗ trợ bởi máy cassette. Phần này mất khoảng 45 phút.
