At the strategic level, the organization is led by a CEO, while the tactical level consists of five key components Additionally, the operational level comprises over ten personnel who are evenly distributed across these main tactical components.

Sales Manager: will manage the customer care staff, sales agent and R&D specialist Gather information from sales and R&D specialists to identify needs and create business plans

● Customer care staff: Receive and process feedback from customers, propose programs for loyal customers

● R&D specialist: Responsible for market research and planning for new product development

Accounting Manager: will manage accountant, auditor and treasurer

● Auditor: Check and evaluate the accuracy of financial information

● Accountant: In charge of financial management in the company and accounting organization

● Treasurer: In charge of revenue and expenditure, inventory, financial storage Operation Manager: will manage quality inspector, packing staff and warehouse staff

● Quality inspector: Planning, balancing and adjusting resources to ensure maximum demand for output goods

● Packing staff: Responsible for packaging products to prepare for shipping to customers, labeling products with all necessary information

● Warehouse staff: Responsible for managing and preserving goods in the warehouse

HR Manager: Advising leaders on the organization of the executive apparatus in the company, human resource management, company policies and regulations

Marketing Manager: Responsible for designing brand, logos, articles and advertisements for products

1 Recruitment and Selection: The process begins with HR defining job objectives, establishing job descriptions and requirements for the position After that, the recruitment and selection process will be carried out through posting recruitment information

2 Get information of employee: HR will interview candidates and select suitable candidates, then HR takes employee information and shows it to Manager and makes a decision to accept it or not

3 Manager makes decision: If the Manager approves, HR proceeds to set up a labor contract, negotiate salary, work part time or full time

4 Job Assignment: Next, the manager will create shifts and to-dos for employees

3 Order processing: Sales staff create orders in the system through order management software Information about product quantity and customer information is provided in the order

4 Send an order confirmation email to the customer.

5 Sales person creates draft invoice Accountant performs order survey and confirmation

6 If the invoice has a problem, the accountant will cancel the invoice and send a cancellation email If the invoice has no problem, the accountant makes the regist payment.

All TwentyOne company data has been transferred to Odoo smoothly, although there are some data mismatches, the data management features on Odoo show superiority over older platforms

Odoo offers a reliable solution for managing corporate data, ensuring easy control and accessibility Unlike traditional Excel files, which risk data loss if the file is misplaced, Odoo stores information in a secure database, significantly reducing the chances of losing valuable data Additionally, users can conveniently export data to Excel for statistical analysis, combining the benefits of both platforms.

Installing modules

Selling goods or services is essential for business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction with your products is crucial High sales production contributes significantly to overall business development Utilizing ERP software, such as the Odoo Sales module, allows for efficient management of all sales-related activities, including the sales team, products, orders, and customer relationships.

The Products window in your company allows you to manage all commodities effectively Within the Products tab, you can access essential features such as product variants, coupons and loyalty programs, and pricelists To add new product information, simply select the Products menu under the Products tab The Kanban view displays each item's price and available units individually To create new product data, click the CREATE button as shown in the accompanying screenshot.

Enter the following details such as (customer, invoice address, delivery address,etc) to create a new quotation You also take advantage of Odoo auto-compelete feature

In the Optional Products section, you can enhance customer experience by suggesting related items through the "Add a line" feature Additionally, the Confirmation section offers various options, including Online Signature for signing quotations and automatically confirming orders, as well as Online Payment, allowing customers to make payments online and confirm their orders instantly.

To create your Quotation template, simply select your preferred medium in the confirmation mail section; an email template will be sent upon confirmation If you leave this section blank, no email will be sent Once you complete these steps, you can save your settings, and your Quotation template will be successfully created.

Creating an Odoo HR application streamlines human resource management, enabling efficient and flexible oversight of personnel across various sectors With a fully integrated HR module, HR directors can swiftly access employee information and implement necessary actions, while also easily updating employment records as required.

After hiring employees, you can manage their details in the Employees section, where you have the option to display public employee information on your website, enhancing visitors' understanding of your team and workplace culture Additionally, incorporating tags and contract types will assist you in remembering each employee's role and characteristics.

Employees and their details can be found in the Employees module of Odoo’s HR management To create an employee, go to the Employees screen and click the Create button

You can add the employee’s name, public information such as work address, department, job title, and private information about the employee to the screen above

To save the new employee in the system, click the Save button Contracts keep track of your employees’ job names, statuses, contract types and dates, and schedules

The Organizational Chart feature, when activated in the Employees application configuration, displays the hierarchy on the right side of the tab for saved records By clicking on the number adjacent to an employee's name in the organizational chart, users can access a detailed breakdown of that employee's organizational structure.
