of the right to be informed of citizens in Vietnam today systematically and comprehensively The dissertation features the analyses concepts, characteristics and legal ensuring measures for the implementation of this right The dissertation points out what information and how the right to this type of information by citizens is introspective; the right to impart information belong to the right to be informed or not;
comparison the right to to be informed with the right to freedom of information, the right to access information
