• 2 Đuôi s và es đọc thành /iz/ hoặc /s/ là vì âm /z/ biến đổi cho dễ

phát âm hơn

- Khi thấy dễ phát âm là /z/  hãy phát âm là /z/

- Nếu thấy phát âm là /s/ dễ hơn /z/  hãy phát âm là /s/

Quy tắc chuyển từ “because” sang “because of”:

Nhìn phía sau Because thấy có “there”, hoặc động từ tobe  bỏ “there” và động từ tobe

TH1 Nếu thấy 2 chủ ngữ giống nhau thì có thể bỏ chủ ngữ gần Because, động từ thêm –ing

Eg Because Nam is tall, he can reach the book on the bookshelf

Because of being tall, he can reach the book on the bookshelf

TH2 Nếu chỉ thấy còn lại danh từ thì cứ việc giữ lại danh từ mà dùng

Eg Because there was a storm,…  Because of the storm,…

TH3 Nếu thấy có danh từ và tính từ thì đưa tính từ lên trước danh từ, còn lại bỏ hết

Eg Because the wind is strong,  Because of the strong wind,…

TH4 Nếu chỉ thấy mình tính từ  Đổi nó thành danh từ

Eg Because it is windy,…  Because of the wind,…

TH5 Nếu thấy có sở hữu lẫn nhau  Dùng danh từ dạng sở hữu

Eg Because I was sad,…  Because of my sadness,…

Because he acted badly,…  Because of his bad action,…
