Généralités
Figures 1 and 2 illustrate the various components of a PDP module example Figure 3 presents both the front and side views, while Figure 4 displays the rear view, including useful dimensions, mounting points \(M_i\), connector positions \(C_i\), special points \(P_i\), and overall dimensions The coordinate system is chosen so that the reference point \(X-Y-Z\) aligns with the center of the screen.
Points de Fixation aussi bien que le nombre de positions de connecteurs peut être variable
Les différentes dimensions du module suivant Z sont données sous forme d'une carte de hauteurs, tel que montré à la Figure 5
The directions of the X, Y, and Z axes are illustrated in Figure 3 The positive X direction extends to the left in the front view (and to the right in the rear view), while the positive Y and Z directions point upwards and from front to back, respectively.
All dimensions presented in these figures and tables must be defined and/or measured under standard environmental conditions: a temperature of 25 °C ± 3 °C, humidity ranging from 25% RH to 85% RH, and pressure between 86 kPa and 106 kPa Any deviations from these conditions should be clearly noted in the report.
Vue d'ensemble et vue éclatée
Figures 1 and 2 illustrate an example of a Plasma Display Module (PDP) A PDP module consists of a panel, a module chassis, maintenance blocks, an addressing board, a scanning board, a power supply, and a logic board The panel is typically mounted on the front face of the chassis using adhesive layers The scanning boards are electrically connected to one vertical edge of the panel via a flexible printed circuit (FPC), while the maintenance block is connected to the opposite vertical edge Another maintenance block is electrically linked to the panel through the scanning board Additionally, the addressing boards play a crucial role in the module's functionality.
The data is connected to a horizontal edge of the panel via FPC The electronic circuits, including maintenance, power supply, and logic board, are mounted on the back of the chassis Mounting pins are utilized to secure the module within a device.
