Exemples d’instructions du constructeur sur les essais de routine de l’utilisateur

NOTE Lorsque des exigences nationales ou locales s’appliquent, il convient qu'elles soient prioritaires sur les dispositions suivantes

To ensure optimal performance and safety, it is essential to select a representative sample of fully charged cap lamps from the charging racks and test all lamps within a four-month period Record the identification or serial numbers of each cap lamp and conduct a visual inspection for any defects that may affect performance or safety Any identified defects must be repaired, or the cap lamp should be removed from service Additionally, clean the cap lamps according to the manufacturer's instructions Finally, activate the main light source for a duration equivalent to a full workday, including any transport time within the mine, and consider any additional current required if the cap lamp is to be used with an accessory during the testing process.

Position the spotlight of the hat lamp at a distance of 1,000 mm ± 5 mm from an appropriate photometric cell Identify the location of the highest measured illumination within a circle of diameter 100 mm ± 2 mm on a plane parallel to the protective cover of the spotlight, and record the value in lux (E max).

If the test is not conducted in a dark room or if the photometric cell is not shielded from stray ambient light, it is essential to measure the impact of this external light before the test and subtract that value from the test result.
