the interior of the oven is maintained at 2 0 °C ± 4 °C Ste p d controls are set so that this

temp rature is 2 0 °C ± 15 °C

For oven that are u a le to atain a temp rature of 2 0 °C, the controls are set at the

maximum

For oven that are ca a le of atainin temp ratures in ex es of 2 0 °C, the controls are set

so that the me n value of the temp rature is 5 °C ± 4 °C b low the maximum temp rature

at aina le
