Before going through all the details of how your jobs board work, we’d like to thank you for
purchasing our service We don’t want to simply sell a website our goal is to become your
partner and help you rank and monetize your jobs board This website is made to be a
full-featured business You’re now part of our jobs network and we have in our best interest that
you succeed in making money with it.
Understanding the concepts: what is the idea behind this jobs board?
We know that since you bought the service you probably already understand how the whole
concept works, but there’s no harm in repeating it, right? So let’s have a quick overview of our
idea behind this jobs board and how we see the monetizing opportunities within.
Automatic content being published every day
One of the biggest hassles in the web industry is content creation Anyone with minimum
understanding of SEO knows that you need quality content to stand out and rank well, and to
create this content you need either to hire someone which costs money or to write the
content yourself, which is arguably more expensive because it costs you your precious time.
We tackled this issue by creating a robust and sophisticated API that does automatic job
distributions through all of our network every day These are real, fresh and complete job offers,
from real employers and publishers We’re not talking about job snippets and short descriptions
these are full featured job offers This is important because it means the content is never
classified as “fake” or “spam”.
The recruitment industry is virtually always on the rise because people are often looking for a job,
be it to avoid being unemployed, or to find a better opportunity elsewhere.
Monetization opportunities
Now that you don’t need to worry about content creation, you can focus on what really matters:
promoting and monetizing your website, and there are many creative ways to achieve that We
have compiled some options that we personally tested and are currently running in our own
websites, but this is your business so feel free to try out new things This is how we’re doing it:
Trang 2This website is already integrated with the PaidMembershipsPro plugin, so one direct way to monetize it is to sell access to employers who might want to publish a job offer on your website. This is a fantastic way to make some recurring money, even more if you know some recruiters in your professional network to offer this service.
Ads
The most obvious choice, there are a few placements already preset so you can quickly add your AdSense code and start monetizing the traffic in your website.
Mailing lists
People are always looking for new job opportunities and your website is receiving new job offers every day this is the perfect scenario to create a powerful mailing list You can use your favorite Email marketing software like Aweber or MailChimp to add a widget on the sidebar and send new job offers every day or every week to your subscribers To monetize the list, you can also send affiliate links and other promotional stuff.
PPA Campaigns
There are multiple affiliate networks with offers that would fit very well in a jobs board You can post these offers as job opportunities and convert your traffic to it This option combined with the mailing lists is very powerful.
Trang 3Adding AdSense on the website
One of the first things you will want to do once you receive your website is to add your publicity / adsense to it You will see in the homepage three indications on where you should add the code
so they can appear correctly in a static way Check the red stars on the images below.
You can find all these places inside the WordPress admin dashboard.
Trang 4How the e-commerce works?
The jobs board has been optimized to work with up to three different access plans, but you can always try using more or less plans to fit your own needs These should all be configured in the PaidMembershipsPro plugin Depending on the service level that you bought with us we can help with setting it up to work with PayPal for you.

Changing the jobs board settings
Everything has been done for you already, but you can always change the settings by yourself on the admin dashboard In this page you will find settings on how to change branding, job posting behavior, notifications and more.

Finding the cron job information in case you need to reconfigure it
It’s extremely important that your web host let you configure cron jobs, since you will need them
to upload the new job offers every day in your website It’s nothing very hard and we will guide you on every step On the admin dashboard, click on the All Import > Manage Imports option on the left menu On this screen you should be able to see your current import, click on the
Scheduling Options link on the right and copy the information on Manual Scheduling.
Trang 9
Commands to run on the host
Now that you have both the trigger and processing URLs you will need to setup the cron jobs so they can run at least once per day The trigger has to run once and we recommend the
processing to run multiple times over the course of one hour to guarantee all jobs are imported. You can achieve that configuring two simple commands.
0 10 * * * curl
"https://domain.com/wp-cron.php?import_key=abc&import_id=1&action=trigger"
>/dev/null 2>&1
*/2 11 * * * curl
>/dev/null 2>&1
You can also use wget to run both the trigger and processing URLs.
Trang 10
Is my jobs board unique?
Yes Your jobs board is unique both in the design and in the way the job offers are published (content) Even if other people have bought a jobs board in the same city and category, our API makes sure that you will both receive different job offers, making both websites unique and completely avoiding the “duplicate content” matter That being said, if your chosen niche is too small or specific then it’s possible that we can’t diversify the job offers that are sent every day we’re constantly working to increase the volume and provide offers from multiple real sources.
Can I use PayPal or Stripe with the e-commerce?
Yes, you can use all gateways that are currently supported by the PaidMembershipsPro plugin.
Can I remove the backlinks that are already on the website?
Every website is made to become part of a big jobs network that uses our API All these websites have backlinks to each other, creating a very powerful network that helps on ranking Your website is part of the network too which means it will be backlinked by other jobs boards.
That being said, this website is yours, so you can do whatever you please with it If you do
remove the backlinks, though, our weekly crawler will detect the removal and you will stop receiving backlinks from the rest of the network as well.
I broke my website, can you help me fix it?
Every purchase of our service comes with a minimum of 7 days of technical support We will do our best to help you with technical difficulties on the website, but we will not help you fix
something that you broke yourself due to bad usage or bad code manipulation This jobs board
is supposed to be a business and we expect that you take proper care of it. Do recurring backups of both the website and its database You’re completely and solely responsible for what happens to the website the moment we deliver it to you.
