Step 2:

replying to te caller reservation

ASKING FOR DETAILS

- date: For when? / When do you want to come? / May I have the time?/ for

wich day, Madam? what time is the reservation for, Madam?

- name: May I have your name, Sir (Madam/ Miss)?/ Could I have the name,

please?/ Under what name, Madam?

- number of people: For how many people, Madam? / Do you have any

companies, Sir? / a table for how many people, Sir?/

- seat: Where would you like to be seated? / in smoking or non-smoking, sir?/

We have a table in … [name of the area*], Would you care for that?/

- contact number: Could I have a contact number, please? / Could you tell me the contact number, please?

- special request: Are there any special requests, Miss? / Do you have any

special requests?

Step 3:

putting the whole booking together

Step 4:

ending the call
