The Title IX Coordinator leads the University response, which may include investigations by the Title IX team and/or law enforcement The Title IX Coordinator will inform you of your

rights and options

Interim remedies may be taken including a no-contact order, classroom or housing adjustments, or connection to on and off campus survivor resources

The Title IX Coordinator will conduct a thorough investigation of the incident Evidence will be collected and a Final Report will be presented to the appropriate University Vice President All parties will receive a copy of the Final Report and will be informed of the final decision by the
