Note: This is the first time NAU Yuma BASW program has utilized this

Methodology:
(1) The program advisor used the SWEAP website to email
SWEAP-generated document to students through their NAU email accounts
(2) Students completed the on-line document and returned it to SWEAP via
the link provided by SWEAP
(3) SWEAP aggregated results; results utilized are from the SWEAP program
information
