STUDENT LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Super Summer is a Student Leadership Conference held at Cedarville University the week of June 22-26, 2020
This camp is not for all students—it is for those who desire to grow in their Christian leadership skills (in order to
better serve God’s people in their own context)
As such, in order to participate in Super Summer this year, we want to ensure that those who attend with us are growing leaders Here’s a list of the Character Qualities (& corresponding Qualifications) we’d like to see of anyone wishing to attend Super Summer with us this Summer:
We believe Christian leaders are present in the lives of those to whom they are ministering and with whom they are serving Therefore, we’d like to see this evident in potential Super Summer attendees by:
Regular Weekly Attendance (Weds or Sun)
Show up for Bible Study &/or Chocolate Cafe each week
Growing Relationships Among the Youth Ministry/Church
Evidence of growing relationships among believers within the Youth Group &/or Church
We believe Christian leaders are those who model the Christ-like heart of serving those they lead with
compassion and humility Therefore, we’d like to see this evident in potential Super Summer attendees by:

Willingness to Teach/Lead a lesson (or portion) at Chocolate Cafe (or on Weds) if requested

We believe Christian leaders are those who are willing to be held accountable to ‘walking the talk’ and living a life
of growing trust in Jesus Christ for themselves Therefore, we’d like to see this evident in potential Super Summer attendees by:

Being paired with a Mentor and meeting regularly for discipleship and growth
